Celui is an artisan-made footwear brand that offers unique and stylish footwear that are handmade by expert artisans. Our footwear are crafted with superior quality materials and are designed with comfort, durability and style in mind. We also believe in giving back to the environment by using sustainable and eco-friendly materials. Our footwear are the perfect combination of style, comfort and sustainability.

You can choose the product of your choice from our website and add it to the cart. Proceed to check out and choose to pay for your order via Online Payment, Credit/Debit card or UPI through Razorpay gateway.

To find the right size for you, first take your measurements using a tape measure and compare them to the measurements provided in the size chart. If your measurements are in between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size. If you have any further questions or need help selecting the right size, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

We understand that everyone’s feet are different and it can be difficult to determine the right size for you. To help you choose the right size for your broad or narrow feet, please refer to our sizing guide for helpful tips on how to measure your feet and choose the correct size. Delivery time for orders from Celui typically takes between 3-5 business days. However, due to the artisan-made nature of our products, some orders may take longer to arrive. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order, please contact our Customer Support team.

We ship all our orders using reliable courier aggregators. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to view the status of your order and track its delivery progress on our website.

Your satisfaction with your Celui purchase is of utmost importance to us. While generally, products bought are non-returnable and non-refundable, we do recognize that on rare occasions, you might receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, they are eligible for exchange or return. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns section on our website for more information.

To redeem the card, the recipient can head over to the website and choose what they want to purchase. During payment, they can select the "Enter Promo Code" option and enter their unique gift card code. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.
